Returns Policy We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that have not been worn, altered, washed or were final sale.
Receiving an RA: Contact customer service at customerservice@subtletones.com. Be sure to include your order number, item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Additionally, if you wish an immediate exchange, please include the item(s) (size and color) you would like to exchange the return for.
Once your email is received please allow 48 hours (not including weekends) for a Return Authorization to be issued. Should you not obtain a Return Authorization prior to shipping your merchandise back to us, your package could be refused and returned back to you.

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insure service to:

Return Processing Once your return has been received and is processed you will receive an email confirmation with the appropriate action taken: credit or exchange.
Credit - If you have chosen to receive credit, a one time use merchandise credit will be issued to you. You may use this for any future purchase on our website. Should your purchase exceed the credit available, an option to pay the difference via credit card will be extended to you.
Exchange - If you have chosen to exchange your merchandise, your exchange will be processed accordingly. Should your exchange amount exceed your initial purchase, we will contact you for an additional form of payment. Should your exchange be less the your initial purchase, a one time use merchandise credit will be issued to you for the balance.
Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
